Pedo Hunter is an independent publication committed to factual reporting on crimes against children, the justice system's response, and the people working to create change.
Mission Statement
Pedo Hunter exists to bring transparency to crimes against children by tracking criminal cases from arrest through sentencing, monitoring convicted offenders for release dates, analyzing sentencing patterns, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the law. We believe that informed communities are safer communities, and that public accountability is a cornerstone of child protection.
Vision Statement
We envision a justice system where crimes against children are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, where sentencing reflects the severity of harm done, where laws evolve to close gaps exploited by predators, and where every community has the information it needs to protect its children.
Editorial Principles
Verified Sources Only
All reporting is based on public records, law enforcement press releases, court filings, and official government sources. We do not publish rumors or unverified claims.
Allegations vs. Convictions
We clearly distinguish between individuals who have been charged and those who have been convicted. The presumption of innocence is noted in all pre-conviction reporting.
No Sensationalism
Our reporting avoids inflammatory language, graphic descriptions, and fear-based framing. We present facts and let the record speak for itself.
Victim Privacy
We never identify victims of child sexual abuse. We do not publish details that could lead to the identification of minor victims, regardless of whether that information is part of the public record.
Factual Accuracy
We prioritize getting it right over getting it first. Corrections are issued promptly and transparently when errors are identified.

People Against Pedophiles
Pedo Hunter is a publication of People Against Pedophiles (PAP), a registered nonprofit advocacy organization affiliated with RAINN.org. PAP focuses on supporting child survivors of sexual assault, advocating for stronger child protection laws, and providing resources for communities.
While Pedo Hunter serves as the journalism and awareness arm of the mission, PAP handles direct advocacy, survivor support, and legislative engagement. Together, they form a comprehensive approach to child protection — information paired with action.
Donations made through this site are directed to People Against Pedophiles and support the broader mission of child protection advocacy.

We rely on court records available through PACER and state court systems, law enforcement press releases, Department of Justice announcements, legislative records from Congress and state legislatures, and statements from recognized child advocacy organizations. We do not use anonymous tips, social media posts, or unverifiable claims as primary sources.
